V.Q Powell head joint
ARDELEVE
Ardeleve was the name of VQ Powell's daughter. In the 1950's, Verne Q. made an ARDELEVE Powell Flute in France. Very similar to the French tonal characteristics. Fancy head crown. This is about a .2 tenon size. The bore size of the ARDELEVE flute was large.
Quite a collectors item. There were very few ARDELEVE flutes made.
